This is my first entry into an OM event, but I've been following along since the 2023 weeklies. The idea of this solve is to have arm 2 rotate and move once per loop, causing its position on the track to repeat every 13 loops while its angle repeats every 6 loops. Since 13 and 6 are coprime and only one of the combinations has access to the input, this results in it only grabbing an input once every 78 loops. This is the best possible primary score with this strategy: the outer ring of hexes can't be used for the track loop since arm 2 would leave the chamber, so only the 19 inner hexes remain, 1 of which must be covered by the input due to its shape, and 2 of which must be skipped because they would give additional access to the input, which only leaves 16 hexes, but the next coprime of 6 after 13 is 17. I can think of 2 ways to improve this score: input suppression and disposal.
